Quest The defense of Karabor not showing up

Hey, so I just completed the quest The Righteous March, and the follow-up quest The Defense of Karabor is now showing up. I tried some thing like doing the starting quests in Gorgrond (Welcome to Gorgrond), but it just doesn't pop up.
Quite a bummer, as I wanted to complete the chapters. Can you guys help me out?

By the way I was not sure if I should put it in bug report or not, since other people were able to complete the quest

If you have did some starting quests that lead to Nagrand, which you weren't suppose to be able to pick it up yet, you'll never be able to complete that quest anymore unless they fix it. I'm a victim to this so I hope they do something about it.

EDIT: Excuse me, I mean the starting quests to Gorgrond, such as The Secrets of Gorgrond. If you look at the quest chain on the database, you can see that after doing the Defense of Karabor, which leads to the starting quest for the next zone but it was available at all times which wasn't suppose to be like that. Therefore, if you done that quest before doing the pre-quest, you will never be able to pick it up ever which is a HUGE problem.

Oh, ok. I did do Gorgrond quests yeah, but only because this quest wasn't showing up. I guess I'll heave to let this one slide then.
