Bug description: Vampiric touch disappears after applying Mind bomb in some world targets. I have seen this bug sometimes occurs too at least in Halls of Valor dungeon with stunable targets. I guess this can happen also in other dungeons or even in raids.

Mind bomb should not remove vampiric touch on ANY dotted target.
