As a horde mage I was able to learn, at the portal teacher in in Dalaran, all teleports and portals to all the alliance cities. Using them was no problem aswell.

Confirmed.


Mages are able to cast portal/teleportation spells of the opposing faction.


Moving to low priority, as it's not really game-breaking. (Have fun invading Stormwind - )
