Details: I killed the last boss of "Return to Karazhan" (Viz'aduum the Watcher) for "Return to Karazhan: The Big Bag Theory" quest. But I did not get the quest item. Then I created a ticket. The staff answered me to open a topic here. As an extra information, there was one more player in party that has the same quest. He did not get the quest item too. You can see when you check.

Since I wanted to grind some dungeons/raids, I asked to GM what should I do about grinding something add new things to feed in armory. Eventually adding new things will make the Return to Karazhan part go away. He said that taking screenshot of the feed is enough.
