Bug description: The quest trigger egg located from "To catch a Thief" is not spawned/not triggering , neither does talking with wration complete the quest.

I'm at the same stage, some info about that quest.

The debuff is ON and we have to reach the egg but the npc doesn't change, we are not "in war" against ravenholdt.

I think there is an issue with the phasing or something like that.

+ the quest require level 85-90 when it's only 85+ (the whole questline got this issue)
