Bug description: Was soloing Firelands on heroic and Shannox chain ccd me and i couldn't do anything, tried unstucking, tried teleporting out of dungeon and that's where I am at now. Please help!

I can confirm it. You have to oneshot it fast.
Try to create a premade group, then delist it, you will be teleported out of dungeon regardless you're in combat or not.
