Bug description: after having done the bloodsail buccaneers rep, and then reaching exalted with the others, this achievement did not complete. this is exactly the way guides advice you to do in order for this achievement to complete.

You have to be Honored with Bloodsail to get that achievement while Exalted with the other ones

To get that you must get Bloodsail rep again and then kill thousands of Southsea Strongarm, Southsea Swabbie, Southsea Musketeer, Southsea Swashbuckler, Southsea Cannoneer, Southsea Privateer, Southsea Cutthroat, Southsea Pirate & Andre Firebeard to gain Steamwheedle Cartel

The achievement is doable, but the problem on freakz is that you need to hit all the above criteria at the same time, meaning that you need be exalted with all the reps listed above and also be honored with bloodsail to complete the achievement. On retail it works like if you hit the criteria and then you loose the rep it will still count towards the achievement, but here it works a little bit different.

P.S: If you are exalted with the steamwheedle cartel you need to kill ''bloodsail bruisers'' ONLY and you will slowly gain rep back to honored with bloodsail. Don't kill anything else besides the bruisers or it will decrease your steamwheedle rep by alot. Cheers

so to not duplicate the bug i'm having the same issue and i don't want to farm bloodsail again
