[FIXED] [Warlock][Demonology] Doom base haste

WoW Freakz spell link: Doom
Bug description: Doom not use base haste for next tick. (Base haste=no buff/bl/proc). On freakz Doom use char haste(Bl+proc+buff) which reduces the damage after the end of the effects to insignificant values

The underlying issue has nothing to do with haste, and would be complicated to explain, but it is fixed nonetheless
