Details: (optional) spent 150 VP for the Reins of the Grove Warden when my alt was around 40 but never got the mount hes 94 now at the time making this post. on the site it says i already have the mount except never got it through the mailbox - can you pls re issue it
i did try the item recover on site but its not there..

Mounts get added to collection directly, remake request if its not there
