Legion Questline - Suramar - A Growing Crisis

I can't seem to continue the Suramar quest line. I have finished Statecraft, but cannot continue further. Valewalker Farodin is in Shal'Aran, but I cannot interact with him. Any help on what to do?

Hey man... I'm having the same problem. I thought that after getting the 7000/21000 repu with the Nightfallen I would be able to interact with the NPC but is not giving me the quest.

You need to be revered to continue the questline.
