[Warlock]Sephuz's Secret proc bug

Bug description: This 2 spells need to proc Sephuz's Secret legendary https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=132452&name=sephuz-s-secret, but they don't.
Proof: We can see in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73EDdal2m0o&t=599s at min 1:47 that the warlock procs his sephuz with the meteor strike and also at min 9:57 he procs the ring with the shadow lock.I tried this playstyle on WoW Freakz and this are my results :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7EC3A4FY6M with the meteor strike and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYSAGpTlr9A with the shadow lock.In conclusion,the spells don't proc the buff from Sephuz's Secret.
