Hello GM,

I did Ursoc and the Mark of the Glade Guardian dropped for me. I used the spell and I had the appearance. When i went to the order class hall to change my apprarance i did not hat the hidden appearance from Ursoc anymore. You can check the item I looted.
Can I have my item and my appearance back?
