well i don t want the mounts on legion, the problem is on genesis, and i want it fixed on genesis, as i said, the ingame gm told me to make a ticket here..

Details: (optional) so i've seen in the lets say past week ~ that some of my mounts disapeared from my mount journal. Big blizzard bear is the only one i have proof of, since i got the achivment in 2015 from rdf tank bag coming with the mount, which was also free in a quest like 1-2 years ago, fiery warhorse farmed or from bmah as can be seen in achivments i have the achivment but the mount dissapeared, it says i have only 109 mounts counted to 150 mounts achivment, though on mount journal sais i have 110. 2 years ago on christmas on genesis there were given 4 mounts aswell. i think they were: Emerald hippogryph, Clutch of ji-kun, and 2 more that might be head of mimiron+anglers reputation mount that cannot be obtained, or i am confused about those other 2. I got the emerald hippogryph which can be seen in my transaction that i didn t get with votepoints/donated, and i know 100% i had clutch of ji-kun from that holiday also, but its missing from my mournal. Why are my mounts missing? and those are the one i spotted/remembered about.. there might be even more which i don t remember at the moment..
armored brown bear was also missing but i just bought it again for 750 gold from dalaran.. tho its not ok to just wake up missing mounts..
