Evasion not working properly.

Bug description: when evasion is up , barrage can still hit , also some aoe spells like multi shot , and sometimes even windburst and piercing shot go through barrage , also warrior spells and assa rogue can still hit through evasion. Also , there are a lot of bugs on rogue , i might make more post in the future if i see this one fixed.
