Blood Death Knight Death and Decay spell bug (turns on pvp)

Bug description: In the open world, i saw Death Decay turns on PvP if u use it on a Horde player that has it activated but u DONT.

ps: in the last SS i did , i wanted to capture the proof that the horde guy saw that it really activates it. TY

I tested it again it wasn't a Death and Decay bug , but rather a Talent choice that causes it to trigger PvP . If you don't choose Tightening grasp as a talent you won't be able to trigger your PvP flag in world .
There was a similar report to this but he gave no real proof of it happening https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Death-Knight-Blood-Death-and-Decay-Pvp-flag-t539809.html .

Basicly , if you spec "TIGHTENING GRASP" you will be able to trigger your own flag (not someone else's) if you hit a player of the opposite faction that has his PvP enabled.
