[REJECTED] Druid Artifact quest just gone now

Bug description: Not sure it its a bug or just a glitch I started the Druid artifact quest chain and got to the part where I was in Val Sharah and fell through the map and couldn't release or use unstuck in help menu. So I relogged the game now the quest is gone and went back to every spot for the quest chain and no quest and no artifacts. I would like to know what I need to do to complete the chain to get my artifacts .

It happen almost the same with me...
i cant do my artifact weapon quest.. after starting it, i got stuck in scenario because i accepted to be in a team, so i got stuck. I cannot move, or even rotate camera, so I left party and relogged
When logged in again, I appeared in new dalaran, without the artifact quest... what can i do now?
i already deleted Cache folder and relogg but cant get back to the NPC because he's located in Broken Shore, and my ride to there is on Flying Platform and he's not here..

Bumped on the same problem two days ago walked appear in the same map glitch its kinda between val shara and suramar i have screenshots.
After managing to login the quest is gone and quest give doesn't have it.
I was on the hunt for the druid whom stole the artefact wep before you fight with the biggy mob.
HELP!
PS: After deleting cache folder it logged me in old Dalaran.

After Keeper Remulos don't remove thorns, he disappears.

EDIT: Solved. I went abit to the right and found path with few minions there.

Hello,

If you're stuck after starting the artifact scenario and cannot finish it for whatever reason, please exit the game and delete the Cache folder from your WoW directory. Log back in and proceed to the NPC that started your Scenario.
