Bug description: it wont let me to complete the quest at Stormcaller Mylra because "Return to Maelstrom isnt completed even if i clicked on the portal to get back when i was in the scenario

Try to abandon the quest and do it again.

The quest is working as intended, I've to replicate it but couldn't as the same with 13087 other players who've completed it. Random bug.
