Bug description: I was leveling my skinning in the jade forest normally, but then I logged out for a few hours. When I got back in, I noticed that my skinning wasn't going up no matter what level mob I skin or how many of them I skin. I tried restarting the game a couple of times, but it changed nothing. I asked around in the game chat, but got no information (is this problem just on my character, can I solve it without gm's help, etc...).
