[Vanilla][RAID][Molten Core] Ragnaros not spawned

Bug description: Was in Molten Core and there was no Ragnaros (wanted pala transmog Legs).

ok i tried it again, this time i killed all the Bosses slower and cleared all the trash.
This time Majordomo Executus triggered the event to spawn Ragnaros. so it maybe that if you kill him to fast he wont trigger the event, last time i just went for all the Bosses and insta killed them.
