Hello. My character name is Exvanderlord
Trying to put on together the Craft Skyhorn Kite:

The treasure chest just never appear where it's supposed to be:

I tryed to find or to wait it for several days and hours.
The other ones are ok and have been found with a single attempt.
But is that ok for that treasure chest?
