Details: (optional) I have bug with quest item name Echo of Time. Echo of time no drop after I kill Elisande in Heroic with quest.I kill mer 5 Time with Quest but no drop Echo of Time.I try abandon and retake quest.and then I kill her still no drop Quest item.-
