Tol'Vir Vial of sand

Hi all
first of all, forgive my english, unfortunatly i'm not native ...
i cant link the item from you database because i cant find it

i'm farming archeology. I hit 800 but i wanted to farm the vial of sand recipe in Uldum
but, there are no TOL'VIR digging sites in Uldum, so no way to loot the recipe.

tolvir sites are turned to toll sites. and can you guys sell the trash solves? the merchants doesn't want mine.
