"You're a mean one" Event quest bug

Bug description: This is supposed to be a daily quest and currently it counts as a normal quest.It doesnt show up on npcs on either of my characters after i completed it once from neither the goblin nor the snowman as it should.

Confirmed. I guess it's caused by completing the follow-up quest

The daily quest becomes unavailable after that, which shouldn't.
