[FIXED] [Mage] frost hidden aura

Spell Link: Frost Mage
Bug Description:
The buff should give a 0% damage increase.

According to the database it's giving 0%,
but I used the .unaura command to remove it from myself in-game.
After doing that the extra 17% damage was gone.


17% is the value it should've had in 7.1,
0% is the value it should be in 7.2+.



Proof: It's a hidden buff, so I can't really give you proof.

If you're interested in reproducing it:
1.) Get a Frost Mage.
2.) Cast a spell (E.G. Frostbolt).
3.) Type ".unaura 137020".
4.) Cast the same spell as before.
5.) Profit! No, but in all seriousness, you should be able to see the difference in damage in the spells you just cast. (17%)
