Freakz link: Razorice , Howling Blast
Bug description: Currently the Razorice enchant on the weapons is procing from Howling blast it keeps stacking and refreshing the duration , which should be only the case with meele attack(attacks with your weapon) such as Obilterate/Frost strike. This also counts as stacking it on multiple targets at the same time which would mean 15% dmg increase for everyone not just the target you're hitting with FS or Obilt .
