[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] [Havoc] Solitude PvP talent not working

Bug Description: Solitude PvP talent doesn't give you additional Fury Generation even though the tooltip says that it does. The Attack Speed part is a bit tough to test, I've tried using the timer to record the time between 2 auto attacks, and from what I got (not 100% sure), the AS portion of the talent doesn't work too. On Vengeance spec, this somehow works correctly (the fury generation part).

Yes, Demon's Bite/Blades works properly, just tested again.
