[FIXED] [Paladin][Retribution] Dmg Hotfix July 24

Hotfix from July 24 gives 10% dmg increase to Blade of Justice, Zeal and Crusader Strike.
This seems in a rough dmg comparation between 7.1.5 and 7.2.5 not to be the case.

I am not sure if i can even compare it like this and will sim the dmg when i got time for that.
Anyway from reading patch notes paladin got 3.5% overall and then 10% to these spells dmg increase, so there should be quite a difference noticeable.

Here all 3 spells compared:
Zeal


Crusader Strike


Blade of Justice


I know 50k * 1.1 = 55k so I will sim this for a better result.
Still the slight higher numbers could also just be the 3.5% overall increase from an earlier hotfix or simply changes to retribution paladin itself (12% > 20% overall modifier).

Update:
I was using simcraft 725-02 with is actually for 7.3.0, due to this dumb mistake all my dmg simulations for ret are wrong.
Mastery works correct, just the hotfixes are missing.
