Bug description: Should give 3% increased damage in Voidform, and 250% increased healing from Vampiric Embrace - does neither.

Proof - damage part, tested the values (not a tooltip issue)
Proof - healing part, the slightly higher healing/overhealing is from the Intellect increase from equiping the Legendary
