[COMPLETED] Lost illusion from "Stolen Present"

Details: I've opened "Stolen Present" container id. 116762 after completing "You're a mean one" quest id. 6983 and the winter's grasp illusion item dropped for me (it has low drop chance, I've tried to get it on my other alts but wasn't lucky there.) I've used it to add it to my illusions collection but it just disappeared from my bags and wasn't unlocked in there. Can you send it to my char so I can try again to unlocked it? Or maybe add it to my collections tab? I don't have any screenshot because item vanished after using it.
