Bug description: As the topic says Clawing shadows don't burst Festering wounds like 60% of the time i think its really important to fix it as its main dmg mechanic of the spec.
I include screenshot of me using clawing shadows in combat log, it does its dmg but doesnt burst Festering wound

Same here. Scourge Strike also didn't procs wounds burst.
