Bug description: you have to find the npc in azsuna and dispel him (with mass dispel ) in order to proceed to compleeting the quest. Right now the npc cant be dispelled because the spell that holds him i think is flaged as a buff(maybe it should be a debuf so it have to be dispeled i dont know how it works)
