[FIXED] [Death Knight] [Unholy] Dark Arbiter's damage

Bug description: The spell says that the base damage is 220% of attack power and since its shadow dmg it gets amplified with the % of mastery. However currently its not scaling off of attack pwer at all.

in 1st image i have 37,696 str and 111% mastery
dmg : 70.1k per cast.
With 37.6 k str i should have atleast 82.7 k base damage per cast without even counting the mastery.

in the 2nd image 42.709 str and 28% mastery
dmg : 48.7k per cast.
with 42.7k i should have atleast 94 k base damage per cast without even counting the mastery.

The overall dmg is even worse.

4mil with the legendary shoulders and pumping deathcoils.
I didn't take SS back then but i was doing twice as much in 7.1.5. Given Dark Arbiter is considered goto talent i feel it should do even more.[/url]

[Plaguesynth]

The dmg is incorrect . The current dmg is 100% of AP instead of the 220% AP in shadow dmg as it should be Val'kyr Strike

[Quicksand]

Dark Arbiter should fully benefit from owner's AP, fixed.
