[Azsuna World Quest] Lively Aethril

Bug description: I noticed a few weird things while trying to do this, First: the quest won't detect me getting the items it require to complete, but it shows in the center on my screen everytime i picked a flower (like when you are doing a "kill X monters Y times", and it shows you momentarily that you killed that X monter). Second: The minimap area of the quest to be completed in is not appearing, which makes me think that this quest "Area" to get triggers for its completion is not "spawned" or correctly working where it should.
