Bug description: Buff appears for like 0.5sec then disappear, so you can't even consume buff with stormstrike. not visual bug.. 870k without buff, with buff was written 1 milion, after I tried SS it did dmg without buff
Proof: easy to test, just use crash lightning on adds..
if you are not standing infront any adds it works(0% buff and doesn't disappear)
