even mobs on lover level are hiting for too much it looks like their elemental dmg is 10x more if they hit for around 25k on lvl 90-91 with fire torch, corosive bite, poison spit, ice touch and so on

Yes I noticed this as well. Trying to do my Death Knight artifact weapon quest and I keep getting dropped like a sack of potatoes by mobs.

They hit like 10 times harden with spell than they should, and that's true for almost every mob that I encountered that casts spells.

I did some general changes, damage will be lower and more suitable to the creature level, however there are thousands of spells and creatures and not sure if all of them are fully correct, but as mentioned it should be much better
