[REJECTED] Jarod's Mission no longer completes (again)

Bug description: I've attempted to complete this quest 5-6 times by abandoning it and repeating it...still does not complete after the new patch.

This quest ''Jarod's mission'' (id=38691) is not given by npc ''Commander Jarod Shadowsong'' after completing previous qust chain quest ''Shriek No More'' (id=39117). It is last quest of the chain for Bradenbrook achievement for Pathfinder ach.

Any suggestions?

Same for Black Rook Hold part of Achiev too... dafuq

I found a lot ppl arround today that have the same issue. NPCs just dont give the quests they are supposed to give
