Bug description: Working for 3 out of 4 specs only.

I've done the same thing for all specs. Didn't worked for guardian. Can there be anything done with this ? ( yes i completed broken shore scenario. yes i tried relogging. yes i deleted cache. )
Also idk if this should be in this bugreport section.

i got my first spec weapon upgraded but i cannot do the quest on the secondaries! it doesn't even show up!

relogged many times, deleted cache folder... nothing.
