Bug description: Dancing Rune Weapon should trigger "Generates 5 bonus Runic Power" part of Heart Strike additional times. So if you have the trait that summons 2 rune weapons instead of one, your Heart Strike should generate 25 Runic Power while Dancing Rune Weapon is on. Currently it does not
There also MAY BE a bug with legendary shoulders (Skullflower's Heamostasis), where you should get 3 stacks of the healing and dmg buff with one Blood Boil while DRW is on and you don't, but considering the fact I don't have those shoulders I couldn't test it myself (but both of these bugs were also on 7.1.5 and based on the fact 1 wasn't fixed I can safely assume the other one wasn't either)
Proof: I don't have proof because my PC is too slow to record video and you can't screenshot runic power generation as far as i know. But it's really easy to test so I'm submitting it anyway.

The legendary shoulders are working fine. They give 3 stacks each bloodboil cast while DRW is active

It works fine for me when I tested it on ptr and live .
