Bug description: This bug only happened to elemental spec of my character . already reported in game but GM said report in forum .
this happening only to me . not other class of mine or specs only to my elemental spec.

This quest completed as Restoration/Enh specs
For my elemental Spec Current Trait is 54
i talked to npc it gave me the quest . after clicking on new ability on screeen everything disapeared[ characters, npc , even my character innerpeacel)
then 1 min passed nothing happened . ive done relog and quest turned to question mark to complete . talked to npc quest finished.
but New Artifact Trait dosent unlock for elemental spec . it unlocked on enh and restoration. my friend's elemental spec trait got unlocked . so this only happened to me.
now i cant retake the quest to fix the problem.

Confirm. Happened to my main holy priest. The problem is exactly the same!
