Bug description: for contributing 100 https://www.wowhead.com/currency=1342/legionfall-war-supplies in any building should reward https://www.wowhead.com/item=147384/legionfall-recompense and artifact power. Blizzard changed it in 7.3 so it rewards only AP.

Confirm, there are no containers given after contributing supplies. Also the legionfall recompenses have no loot table.
