Can confirm, neither options grants the Stag Blood Sample. (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=136986&name=stag-blood-sample)
Clicking the first one says "You have no target"
while the second one does a channeling effect but doesn't grant the quest item.

Tried abandoning the quest and starting it again, clearing the Cache folder etc,
still doesn't work.

Unfortunately, this prevents any new warlocks from getting their artifact weapons.

As both members spoken above this is serious issue and problem for Warlock players.

GMs please look into this as it is very toxic problem player wise.

Just got to legion area with my warlock, cannot complete the Ritual Reagents quest because of the bugged Stag Blood Sample
