As seen on the screenshot, I have an item to increase Artifact Level (up to a maximum of 25), however, the moment I picked up the Artifact Research Notes, my AK went straight to level 25 without even using it.

Now, I have the item in my bag and I cannot delete it.

So this is both a bug report and a request to delete it, please.
