Bug description: t20 ToS Tier tokens not giving item
Proof: Just did 'The Gates of Hell' on LFR. Harjatan dropped the t20 hands token, but when clicked it runs through the opening animation and you get nothing. (Same as the HFC tokens)

Same goes for every other tokens pre-legion.

ToS tier tokens seem disabled, didn't try pre-legion tokens.

Fixed T20 tokens. Previous ones still need fixing but I have implemented the base mechanic for this so we just need to add loot data for the tokens now.
There was an issue with heroic tokens earlier, I will delete all heroic tier 20 pieces (received from tokens) and re-send tokens to all the players
