Bug description: Hello my friend Spagghet have bug with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=234667&name=artifact-trait-unlock after finish return to the broken shore scenario he was trying to compleate https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=45842&name=a-gift-from-the-six but in the middle of the encounter server crash and now he didn't have quest and new traits too. He have 38 traits on frost and he try to delete cache full log out and switch to other specs but quest didn't appears

Hello , I don't know much about those kind of problems , but all I can tell you is keep trying to delete cache and reloging , it worked for me when it sometimes disappears
