Stats of low level items are dropping drastically for no reason

Bug description: Items in my inventory had all of their stats decreased, for example from 30 to 1 intellect. My whole intellect stat dropped from over 500 to 300 because of this. It happened to many of my items, as example I provide Windchanneler's Tunic.

I've tried to find the item in auction on order to confirm it's original stats, however it shows no stats at all https://postimg.cc/QFzyXc0f
