Bug description: Hi, There is a general problem with most of mobs in dungs that they don't get CC properly. An example of that can be mobs running toward tank while they are stunned, or also when I use paralysis on a mob, it sometimes keeps following me! bellow I have a clear proof for that, in VOW the mob Glayvianna Soulrender always ignores being paralyzed and keeps following me. I have heard the same problem with other kinds of CCs too. This problem highly affects challenging M+ dungs.

This problem has been resolved with the recent fix done to all npc.
