Yes, the quest is bugged, however it bugged differently for me, as you can see on the screenshot, I did all the legion invasion quests and then went to turn in the quest to Prince Farondis in Shackle's Den. After turning the quest in, the quest turned to 0/4 Legion Points repelled.

Now I can't either turn it in, neither do any legion invation quest to try again.

Got the same behavior, now I'm stuck in the quest "Defending Broken Isles", I cannot see any legion invasion anymore.

that is a different thing. Legion invasions were disabled due to lag caused. Enabled today at 17:00 ST
