Bug description: The Quest ''Touch of a Titan'' https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=45352&name=touch-of-a-titan cant be taken but ''Unsettled Power'' is missing
Proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHbz5WH8aJI&t=38s (if you dont want to watch all from 0:19-0:35 is good enough for a proof)
