WoW Freakz spell link: i dont know how to find a link about it but its name must be Unsettled Power but the quest name is touch of titan
Bug description: this quest should get u a quest about upgrade legendary items from 940 to 970 but when u take a quest from this npc he wil give u old one i mean 910 to 940 . i did quest one time and i got that item but for second time its gave me same quest and i cant delete it too .
