[FIXED] [Stormheim] Grapple points need line of sight

Bug description: Grapple point now need line of sight. In 7.1.5 they did not. This make some of them completely useless.

The grapple point in the image is the main method of getting to some wq for horde.

Also a bug is that the grapplings come to player instead of player going to it.
